Switching products
Once you’re signed in to AssureOne, you can move between Pro, Flow, and Books from the top of every screen. You don’t sign in again.
The product switcher
At the very top of the AssureOne app — and at the top of these docs — you’ll see tabs for the products you have access to:

The active product is highlighted. Click another tab to switch.
What carries over
When you switch products, AssureOne remembers:
- Your firm — you stay inside the same firm
- Your client — if you were viewing a client in Pro, that client is preselected in Books and any Flow automations
- Your search and filter state — most product-level views remember where you left off
What’s different in each product is what you see and what you can do. Your role is set per product by your firm admin.
What if a tab is missing
If you don’t see a tab for one of the products, your firm hasn’t enabled it yet, or your role doesn’t include access. Ask your firm admin to update your access — they can do it from Team.
Switching from the docs site
These docs work the same way. The tabs at the top of every page take you between the docs for each product. The sidebar always reflects the active product’s section tree.
