Signing in

Your AssureOne login covers Pro, Flow, and Books. You set it up once, then sign in once a day (or once a week, depending on how your firm has it configured).

The first time you sign in

When your firm admin adds you to AssureOne, you’ll receive an invitation email titled “You’ve been invited to AssureOne”. The email has a single button: Set up my account.

  1. Click Set up my account.
  2. Choose a password. Pick one you don’t use anywhere else — a password manager is the easiest way.
  3. Confirm the password.
  4. Click Continue. You’ll land on the AssureOne home screen with the product switcher at the top.

If you didn’t get the email, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, ask your firm admin to re-invite you from Team.

Signing in every day

Open the AssureOne sign-in page. Type your email and password, then click Sign in. If your firm has two-step verification turned on, you’ll see a prompt for the code from your authenticator app or your phone.

You’ll land on the same product you used last time. Use the tabs at the top to switch — see Switching products.

If you forget your password

On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password?. Type your email and click Send reset link. You’ll get an email with a button to choose a new password. The link is good for one hour.

If the reset email doesn’t arrive in a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, message your firm admin — they can reset it directly from Team.

Two-step verification

If your firm has two-step verification turned on, you’ll set it up the first time you sign in. AssureOne supports:

  • Authenticator app — Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, or any app that supports time-based codes.
  • Text message — a code sent to the phone number on your account.

Authenticator apps are more reliable and don’t depend on cell coverage. Keep your authenticator’s recovery codes somewhere safe; if you lose your phone without them, your firm admin will have to reset your account.

Staying signed in

By default AssureOne signs you out after a stretch of inactivity. Your firm admin can lengthen or shorten this in Settings → Security.

On a shared computer, click your initials in the top-right and choose Sign out when you’re done.

When sign-in doesn’t work
