Close the books

See Engagement end date & locking — this pulls a closing date from QuickBooks and locks transactions dated on or before it, separately from the engagement end date set in Assure Pro.

Audit log

Admins can open Audit Logs to see a record of transaction changes — creates, updates, deletes, and exclusions — across the client’s books.
