Branding

Branding controls how your firm shows up to clients — on the portal sign-in screen, in invoice PDFs, on engagement letters, and in emails Assure Pro sends on your behalf.

There are three settings: your logo, your brand color, and your client portal address.

Open Settings → Branding. Controls sit on the left and a live preview on the right shows how the portal sign-in screen will look as you change things.

Find your portal address

Your client portal lives at a firm-specific web address, for example:

https://chenadvisory.assureone.ai

The slug (chenadvisory) is set when your firm was created. The Branding page shows the full address with a Copy button so you can paste it into emails, signatures, or business cards.

The slug can’t be changed from this screen in this version. If your firm renames, contact support.

Click Upload logo. A file picker opens. Pick the image you want.

Your logo will appear:

  • On the portal sign-in screen (large, centered)
  • In invoice PDFs (top-right of the header)
  • On engagement letter PDFs (top of the document)
  • In the header of emails Assure Pro sends to your clients

File requirements:

  • Largest size: 5 MB
  • File types: PNG, JPG, or SVG
  • Best dimensions: long edge between 800 and 2,400 pixels
  • Transparent background is best — solid light backgrounds may look low-contrast on white

Once it uploads, the preview refreshes and your logo replaces the firm-initials placeholder everywhere it appears.

Click Remove logo. Confirm the prompt. Your firm initials in a colored circle replace the logo on every surface.

Pick a brand color

The brand color drives the accent on the portal sign-in screen, the action buttons inside emails to clients, and the badge color on invoices clients see.

Type a six-digit hex value (for example #6c42f8) into the field, or click one of the eight suggested swatches:

ColorHex
Default purple#6c42f8
Deep blue#1e40af
Teal#0d9488
Forest green#059669
Bold red#dc2626
Violet#7c3aed
Pink#db2777
Orange#ea580c

The preview updates as you type.

Click Save brand color. The color goes live across all client-facing surfaces within a minute.

If you leave the field blank, Assure Pro uses the default purple.

Preview before saving

The right pane shows a mock sign-in screen with your current logo and color combination. It pulls in the firm name and contact email from your Firm profile, so if those look wrong, fix them there first and come back.

What gets branded

A custom sending domain (so emails come from firm@yourfirm.com) is on the roadmap.

When clients see the changes

After you save:

  • New invoice PDFs use the updated logo right away.
  • New engagement letter PDFs use it the next time one is generated.
  • The portal updates on the next page refresh.
  • Emails sent from this point on use the new logo.

Existing PDFs aren’t regenerated. An engagement letter signed last month keeps the logo as it was at sign time.

Tips and gotchas

  • Wide logos look better than tall ones. Most surfaces reserve a horizontal slot.
  • White-on-white disappears. If your logo has white parts, they’ll vanish on a white background. Add an outline or use a version with a solid backdrop.
  • SVGs that use system fonts may fall back to a different font in generated PDFs. Convert text to paths before uploading if exact font matters.
  • Bright yellow on white is unreadable. Preview your color choice before saving — Assure Pro doesn’t warn about contrast.
