Statuses and tracking
Every request moves through: Requested → Provided → Returned → Accepted. Scan the list to see at a glance which requests are still waiting on the client and which are ready for review.
The client sees the same first status labeled Outstanding instead of Requested in their portal — same status, different wording on each side.
