Assure Books
Assure Books is bookkeeping built for tax firms. It shares its client list with Assure Pro, connects to a client’s QuickBooks Online account, and uses AI to speed up the most repetitive part of the job: categorizing transactions.
What Books does today
- Bookkeeping — bank feeds and AI-assisted transaction categorization, checks, payroll, journal entries, and a unified transaction ledger.
- Lists — the chart of accounts, customers, vendors, and other reference data every transaction depends on.
- Review — automated pre-close QA checks against the P&L and balance sheet.
- Reports — Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and a custom Management Reports builder.
- Documents & communications — file storage, document requests, and a threaded Q&A tool.
- Client portal — a separate, PIN-based portal where your client sees their snapshot, files, reports, and questions.
What’s coming
Budgeting, forecasting, and an AP/bill-pay module exist in early form but aren’t yet available in the main navigation. We’ll add docs once they ship.
