ProE-signThe packages list

The packages list

Open E-Sign from the sidebar. The Packages tab is the default view — every package you’ve drafted, sent, or completed.

The table

ColumnWhat it shows
NameThe package name. Defaults to the template name or Signing Package — (client name).
StatusColor-coded package status badge.
ModeParallel or sequential.
SentWhen the package was sent (or if still a draft).
CompletedWhen every signer signed (or ).
CreatedWhen you created the draft.

Click any row to open the package detail (status, recipients, documents, audit trail).

Filters

Above the table:

FilterTypeNotes
SearchInputMatches anywhere in the package name.
ClientDropdownSingle client filter.
StatusMulti-selectToggle any of the statuses on.
Clear allButtonVisible when at least one filter is active.
Result countCaptionN package(s).

Filters apply over the most recent results — there’s no paging through older packages yet.

Useful slices

GoalHow to filter
”Show me everything still out there”Status: Sent, Viewed, Partially signed.
”Drafts I haven’t sent”Status: Draft.
”Completed this season”Status: Completed. Sort by Completed date.
”Awaiting my countersignature”Status: Partially signed and a countersigner is pending. Eyeball the list for now.
”Declined or expired”Status: Declined, Expired. The list of “you need to talk to the client” rows.

How to send a bulk reminder

There’s no checkbox column for bulk-select in V1. For now, open each package and click Send Reminder in the action bar.

How to create a new package

The page-level CTA — + New signing package — opens the create dialog. The CTA is hidden when there are zero packages: the empty state owns the create button instead, so you don’t have two competing CTAs on the same screen.

The dialog asks two things:

  1. Who is this for? — search and pick a client.
  2. What are you sending? — Author a letter, Upload PDFs, or Mix both.

Click Continue. Assure Pro navigates you into the right editor (letter editor or field placer).

See E-sign overview for the three paths.

The empty state

When there are no packages and no filters:

Send your first signature request

Engagement letters, tax authorization forms, audit representation letters, and any document that needs a client signature live here.

A + New signing package action button is the only CTA.

When filters return no matches: No packages match your filters, with a Clear filters button.

Status meaning at a glance

Draft → editing, never sent Sent → email out, no view yet Viewed → first open Partially signed → some signed, others not Completed → all signers done, signed PDF being prepared Cancelled → you cancelled Declined → a signer refused Expired → expiry date passed

Working with completed packages

When status flips to Completed:

  • The action bar shows a Certificate button to download the IRS-compliant audit PDF.
  • The signed PDF (each document with every signature applied) is prepared in the background — see the signed PDF preparation.
  • A Render failed badge appears if preparation didn’t succeed — click Retry in the package detail.

If the package included an engagement letter, billing kicks off automatically on completion — the retainer invoice fires and the recurring schedule activates if applicable.

Working with in-flight packages

For packages in Sent, Viewed, or Partially signed, you get two actions:

  • Send Reminder — sends a fresh email and portal notification to every recipient not yet signed. There’s an 8-hour cooldown between manual reminders.
  • Cancel — closes the package. Recipients lose portal access to it.

See Sending, reminding, cancelling.
