Possible duplicate names

Assure Books flags customers or vendors that look like duplicates of each other, so they don’t quietly split your reporting across two records.

Resolving a group

For each flagged group, either:

• Mark reviewed once you’ve confirmed the names really are distinct.
• Edit or delete the underlying transactions directly from the same screen if they should be consolidated.
