For evidence a client can provide without signing in, share a public support documents link. The client opens it and uploads directly — no account or login required.

When to use this

Reach for a public link when you need a one-off piece of evidence from someone who doesn’t have (or shouldn’t need) portal access — a quick supporting document rather than an ongoing back-and-forth, which is better handled through document requests.
