Aging report matching
Some workbook subtypes test against an aging report instead of individual supporting documents:
- AP Aging (EBP Audit)
- Search for Unrecorded Liabilities (SURL) (Government Audit)
- Search for Unrecorded Assets (SURA) (Government Audit)
Uploading the aging report
When creating one of these workbooks, upload the client’s Accounts Payable aging report or vendor ledger alongside the regular data — include vendor names, invoice numbers, dates, aging buckets, and outstanding amounts. Assure Audit’s AI maps your column headers to the fields it needs automatically.
Matching in testing
Rows sourced from the aging report show an Aging Report badge in the testing screen. For a row that needs a match, click Select Match to choose from the possible aging-report entries, or click Nothing to Match if no match applies.
