Client portal

Your client signs in to a separate portal — not the main Assure Audit app — to see and respond to document requests for their audit.

Signing in

The client uses the login link your firm sends them. This is a distinct login from your firm’s sign-in.

What the client sees

• Every document request assigned to them, with its status (Outstanding, Provided, Returned, Accepted).
• The ability to mark a request Provided once they’ve uploaded what’s needed.
• Upload and download files against a request.
• Comments on each request, so they can ask questions or note context.
• An activity log of what’s happened on their requests.
