Account & sign-in
Your AssureOne account is one login that covers Assure Pro and Assure Audit. The first time you join a firm you get an invitation email; from then on you sign in once and switch between Pro and Audit from the top of the screen.
One account, two products — plus Books
The same email and password work for:
- Assure Pro — practice management for the firm
- Assure Audit — audit fieldwork and workpapers
Assure Books currently uses its own separate login for firm staff — each team member is invited with a dedicated Assure Books email and password from Team, even though the client list itself is shared with Assure Pro. Expect this to unify with the rest of the suite over time.
Your role inside each product is controlled by your firm admin.
