Account & sign-in

Your AssureOne account is one login that covers every product. The first time you join a firm you get an invitation email; from then on you sign in once and switch between Pro, Flow, and Books from the top of the screen.

One account, three products

The same email and password work for:

  • Assure Pro — practice management for the firm
  • Assure Flow — workflow automation across your tools
  • Assure Books — client bookkeeping

You don’t have a separate account per product. Your role inside each product is controlled by your firm admin.
