Assure Flow

Assure Flow is workflow automation for accounting firms. It runs the handoffs between Assure Pro, Assure Books, and the tools you already use — so the same client doesn’t have to be entered twice and the same status doesn’t have to be updated in three places.

Assure Flow is shipping in stages and these docs are still being written. The product is moving quickly — if a page doesn’t yet exist for what you’re trying to do, message your AssureOne contact and we’ll point you at the right help.

What Flow does today

A short list of what’s available now:

  • Triggers when something happens in Assure Pro (a new client, a signed letter, a paid invoice).
  • Actions that fire in response — update a record in Assure Books, send a Slack message, post to a webhook.
  • Conditions so the right action runs only for the right kind of engagement.

What’s coming

The next phases bring scheduled runs, branching logic, and a visual builder. We’ll add docs as those land.
